Dr. Dimitris Angelikis: Quantum Computing
Dr Angelakis is a professor of quantum computing, and has been leading quantum research teams for more than 20 years in the UK, EU and Singapore. He completed his PhD in Imperial College on a full scholarship, was a fellow at University of Cambridge and a professor at the National University of Singapore, and Technical University Crete. In parallel to his academic work, he has been advising public and private institutions on the potential applications of quantum computing and quantum AI. He received the 2018 Google Quantum Innovation Award, the Valerie Myerscough Award from University of London, and is considered a world expert in quantum algorithms for near term quantum computers. He has recently founded AngelQ Quantum Computing (currently in stealth mode), a Singapore based quantum software and consulting company with global operations. Industries they work with include finance, shipping and aviation, transport and logistics, as well as energy management and sustainability.
Kevin Teng: Climate & Sustainability
Kevin Teng is a climate investor and sustainability expert with over 20 years of experience leading Fortune 500 engineering, development and sustainability teams. He has managed a single-family investment firm (Terrasys Innovation Ventures) for 3 years that funds and champions early-stage businesses with a positive environmental impact, focusing on alternative proteins, energy efficiency, and circular economy products.
Ryan Fabian: Deep Tech & Cyber Security
Ryan Fabian, an Air Force Intelligence veteran, is a technology specialist and seasoned software engineer. His diverse background ranges from military leadership and specialized government agency cryptography training to a foreign language degree in Korean and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems. During his tenure at the National Security Agency, Fabian led a team of civilian and military intelligence specialists in support of NSA directives for the Pacific Command (PACOM) area of responsibility.
Drew Thompson: National Security & Foreign Policy
Drew Thompson has three decades of experience working in Asia and managing the US-China relationship. He served in the U.S. Department of Defense for seven years as the Director for China, Taiwan and Mongolia in the Office of the Secretary managing military-to-military relations. At the Department of Defense, he was the lead negotiator of a historic Memorandum of Understanding on Confidence Building Measures between the Department of Defense and China’s People’s Liberation Army, announced at the 2014 APEC summit. He is currently a fellow at the National University of Singapore, where he teaches courses on political risk analysis and US-China relations.

Clark Jennings is the managing director for C&M International’s Southeast Asia regional office, based in Singapore. Prior to joining C&M International, he served at the National Economic Council of the Obama White House. There, he managed the administration’s strategy, outreach, and communications efforts on behalf of the president’s trade agenda, including the Trans-Pacific Partnership. Previously, Clark was chief of staff at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), where he advised on deployment of international grant assistance, strategic outreach and communications, legislative strategy, and was the agency liaison to The White House, the National Security Council, and other U.S. government entities. He has represented the U.S. government in bilateral settings and international events on five continents.
